How to Maintain a Bow flex Machine
You might have seen these before but the Bow flex machine is becoming a thing of today, this is so great for cardio and strength training that many are now using this.  Of course it looks so easy on the television but it is not always as simple as that, it does take time and lot of hard work to use this but you will also need to know how you can maintain this machine also so that it lasts long.

You should always read up on your instruction guide before you start using this but you can make sure that when you want to store this then you need a good and flat area.  You really need to make sure the place that you are choosing is going to be big enough for your machine to go in without hitting into anything else.  

Now once you have used the machine then you want to take the machine and find the power rods and unhook them, you can clean the machine of course but you want to make sure that you remain safe also so remove the power rods.  Be careful at this part and put your foot onto the machine so it doesn’t move as you are removing the hooks; that way you avoid injury as you are maintaining the machine.

After you use the bench and even at the end of the week then you should make sure that you clean the bench fully; that means you wash it and dry it otherwise it might start to smell after time of the machine being used.  It is the same with the lat tower cabling, when you are not using the machine then you could remove these and stow them away that is a safe place where they won’t be damaged.  You should find these in the upper part of the tower.

Now for your lat bar they should been on the hooks, so you should find these hooks on the cross bar and make sure you have put the lat bar on hooks especially if you want to make any sort of adjustments to the machine.  You could be injured if the hooks are not on and the bar falls, so be careful.

For your squat cables then make sure that they are removed and stored away prop0erly after you have finished using the equipment, you don’t want any accidents because they have been left out.

Remember that you will need to do an inspection regularly which will check over the entire machine and the various parts to it also; that means the cables, the pulleys, the straps and the handgrips and if there are any problems, and then you should call for a professional.  They will know how to fix the problem and it will be safer for you to do so also.

Remember that all exercise equipment needs to be stored away properly and kept maintained in good condition if you want to keep on using it all the time.  Just remember that if you do have any problems that you call your repairman to fix them or if they are covered by a warranty then get them fixed by the company.
