After you have got your exercise routine worked out you will still need to consider taking in a lot of fluid as you exercise.  That means drinking a lot of water or sports drinks so that you can replace what you have lost when you have sweated during your workouts.  This is very important to do and remember that resting is also very important to do so that you can rest the muscles that have had a work out and burn the calories off more effectively.
