You could also think about taking in more omegas 3 fatty acids because they are healthy and the body needs them so that the brains cognitive functions work.  This can be found in fish and all sorts of things which are good for whom but many don’t like fish or are allergic to them which is why you need to take omega 3 supplements.

There are also many that need to take Taurine because the body doesn’t have enough of this, in many people that suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s, they do not have high amounts of this in the body but this has been found to work in many patients that has suffered from memory problems.

Taking brain enhancement supplements, they can really make sure that you can improve your brains functions or even someone you care about.  They are worth while taking or just even trying for a short time to see if this could make a difference.
