How to Sculpt Chest Muscles with Free Weights
When you want to sculpture the chest area then it can be hard but if you know what to do, things can be made simpler; however you will want to remember that you need to work the different muscles in the chest and built these up.  You want to use free weights to help you build the muscles up and that will mean that you need to exercise regularly and make sure to use free weights as you are doing so.

You will need to work out a schedule for you to work with for your exercises also; you can do these at home if you wish to but just make sure that while you are completing the workouts that you follow the plan.  You need to work out for three days every week but they should be no less than thirty minutes but they should not be any longer than one hour either; you need to rest the muscles for a few days while your muscles recover.  You should not over do things however and you will need to be very careful when you are completing your exercises.

You will need to get your benches and your weights ready, there are many dumbbells which can be bought very inexpensively from the gym or any sports shop.  You will need to have ones which are light, heavier and a lot heavier; have incline bench with gloves for your hands as you are lifting your weights and water is not bad to have either with you.

Now for your warm up you must stretch your muscles and make sure that they are ready for the workout ahead; you should do almost pushups from the wall.  You position your body upright and facing the wall, you take both your arms and stretch them out onto the wall and push your body from the wall so that you see the arms and the elbows bend as you are stretching the chest out.

You will need to now do your bench presses; this will mean that you have to lie down flat on the back and then take your free weights in each of your hands and lift these above your chest.  Start off with the lightest ones and carry on with your stretching; you should think to do these around twelve times.

For your inclined bench presses then you will have to take the weights again and you will lie down on your back but on the inclined work out bench and take the weight and bend your arms sideways and over to your chest.  You will need to start off with the lightest again and work from there, don’t overdo things however and try to not over do things.

You can always do some chest flexing.  This is very simple to do however and you can do this when you are being seated; you just need a chair and stay relax.  You will take your arms and extend them forwards, the arms should be flexed and make sure that they reach the shoulders, which will stretch the chest.

When you are thinking about getting into shape, you should think about going to a professional trainer so that they can tell you when you are ready to go onto the heavier weights.  That goes with the doctor also, try to ask them for some advice when you are thinking about doing some free weights.
